Urban West Ventures is a privately held commercial real estate investment firm focused on acquiring and repositioning underperforming retail, industrial, auto-repair centers, and mixed-use investment properties. The firm creates value through renovations, re-tenanting, and efficient property management, and, once stabilized, holds these assets in UWV’s portfolio indefinitely. Complementing its core investment platform, Urban West Ventures also offers commercial brokerage services, including sales and leasing, through its in-house team. The principals of Urban West Ventures bring a combined 45 years of experience in finance, construction, leasing, brokerage, and acquisitions.
